Doug was at the sparring session in 2011 basically GGG hurt Canelo countless times with head staggered him with headgear despite taking it easy. canelo was stressed in the sparring while GGG was not breaking sweat

But lets remember canelo was 21 and GGG was 29 and was far ahead in terms of experience.

Fast forward today GGG is 35 and Canelo is 27 in his prime totally different fight Golovkin slowed down just enough to make this fight a 50-50

doug 2 years ago picked Golovkin to annihilate canelo, now Doug is on the fence

GGG isn't going to stand in front of Canelo and throw the fight away like Chavez.

GGG is coming to destroy and annihilate this fraud for all of his shameless stalling along with his mistaken belief that he if just held on long enough for him to decline, he will win.

GGG is 35 years old, he's past prime.
How would 26 GGG vs 35 Year old Canelo play out?

GGG beats Canelo even by standing in front of him, let's see Canelo get past that jab.

GGG needs to ride out on a horse and give a William Wallace type speech to his fans who were sure that he would KO Canelo before the fight was made, but are now claiming close odds. What will you do without G-dom?

26yo GGG's best win was Khomitski, but Canelo will be a washed up old man so you probably still have a point.

Is 26yo GGG better than 35yo GGG? I still doubt it?

I will stick by my prediction Canelo is an easy fight for GGG stylistically.
I don't think he hits hard enough to keep Golovkin honest and will get walked down.

I always thought Jacobs was a much harder fight and that Jacobs was underrated pre GGG fight

Whatever, stop your endless trolling with all your bias and way over exaggerate with your 100th hand information.

Both canelo and ggg had both said it was some of their best sparring. Everything you try to reading you twist, turn and rewrite how you wish it were stated.

Canelo was hurt probably as many bs times as DW being ko'd in sparring which is zero.

It's sparring. GG is clearly the bigger man anyway. And **** Doug Fisher.

Yes whilst most were saying Jacobs gets knocked out you had it about right.
I think it's stylistically right for em both actually which is why everyone wanted this fight as both are exciting.
The report I seen from that sparring was that GGG was told to take it easy and still. Abused problems but it also said that Canelo held is own.

That it wont be. I guarantee you this fight wont be boring. It will have more fireworks than GGG vs Jacobs because GGG gonna look at Canelo like he looked at Brook. He's gonna jab him, yea, but he wont respect his power. And Team GGG knows they're not getting any decision either.

Canelo has done to much at a very young age, By the time he's 35 he might already be considered a atg, Canelo will beat GG and have a great run for sometime at 160 before losing that will be enough to be considered great, GG will go down as a "puncher" that his ko rate went down as soon as he step in class.
