    some of the stuff i read in this thread is SURREAL. GGG hitting harder than povetkin. 180lb Jacobs took his best overhand right(and another one) and got up without being hurt. Do you think he would get up from Povetkins best right hand? Marciano hitting harder than lewis and wlad??? Im sorry have the people saying this even sparred with intensity against guys of different sizes before? Some one mentioned what bob foster said about HW punching power vs LHW and he's spot on.

    Let Golovkin actually knock out someone decent first.

    Who's he knocked out? Brook, Murray? Lemieux?

    I thought the Golovkin hypetrain had been permanently derailed vs Jacobs.

    Funny thread...Marciano was a heavyweight, plus considered among the hardest hitting in history...In middleweight Guys like Julian Jackson and Nigel Benn, hit harder than Golovkin....In terms of power in the middleweight division, GGG isnt the greatest, only the latest of his kind.....

    No, the difference is Marciano did incredible damage with imperfect punches. He put guys down with punches that weren't typically knockout punches for other fighters. And when he did score with a perfect punch, it was usually lights out.

    Pull Golovkins ball bag off you eyes.

    He lost that fight and very clearly.

    That fight showed him for what he is, a one dimensional slugger feasting on subpar opposition. With no hint of a plan b.

    First time he fights a life body, suddenly the invincibility cloak disappears.

    Jacobs got robbed.

    Speaking of 23 fights, so what? Wilder did 30 and something? Its easy beating up bums.
