Credit to both men for taking this now as a lot of people around them were saying it could wait, it goes to show if two fighters want a fight then it will happen. I like both, but Davies has really grown on me, I genuinely think he wants to fight the best and behind his act he is a pretty cool guy. I lean towards Davies but am looking forward to a cracking fight. I have noticed in Scotland, will the be on terrestrial TV?

 

Credit to both men. If the two of perform well on the night, win or lose (barring a beating or bad ko) both careers will still be heading in the right direction.

 

Agreed, it could be similar to DeGale vs Groves in that sense.

Davies takes this, he's a special talent with a huge future. Loving the post Mayweather era where it seems the fights we want to see are actually happening

 

Good to see that they're fighting. Could have avoided eachother but both fighting pretty early on in their careers.

Reminds me of a Eubank v BJS / Degale v Groves where two good prospects fight pretty early, and both of those could do good numbers in a rematch

 

Lol Floyd Mayweather always getting the blame. The money maker can't be blamed for fights not happening.
