You'll have to wait a year or two for the big names to even think about taking that ko loss. I know how you rate fighters, you have to see them against the names before rating. I like them on the way up not the way down
Regardless of whether or not Yarde says he is ready, I wouldn't put him in with Nate Clev just yet ... 18 months down the line, maybe. I understand he's extraordinarily talented and all, but he needs to be moved along at a good pace with fights in which he can learn and get better: why rush him unnecessarily quickly and risk ruining him?
I know it's Yarde thread who indeed looks very promising, but there'll be another talent tonight named Daniel Dubois - 234 lbs of muscles at 19 y.o., with pretty good skills for his age. He surely will destroy his today's opponent David Howe, but I expect him to easily beat Sam Sexton or Gary Cornish this year. Frank Warren has few really talented guys in his team.
Pretty sure they're going to move him fast, when you have the talent and work ethic you don't waste it. You'll learn more in the gym sparring top fighters than you will getting tko1 x 10. Right now mate cleverly would be another tko1,2 victim. He has 7-10 more fights to get ready for the titles. Couple years he'll be the main man @ lhw and a top p4p rated beast
I know, are you claiming you can't see his immense potential ? He moves like a ww, great legs and puts his shots together like canelo only faster and with devastating power.
You laugh but yarde would end him with the first clean power shot. Where's all the glass chin lovers ? How is beter NOT on there. I seen him on ***** street from a weak semi floppy cross. His chin will fail him, before he gets to a title shot. He could lose the first competent fighterr he fights. Great offense with weak defense and a terrible chin !!!
Don't see how he can get any bigger than he already is. He could actually lose some muscle. I think he'll be fine making LHW. Definitely a guy to watch out for.
Beterbievs one of the most overhyped guys in boxing, like you say great offense but no defense and very questionable chin. Yarde and Gvozdyk look like the immediate future of the division to me. Beterbievs a KO waiting to happen.
