    Díaz is hurt again early in the ninth, and is backing off, playing the role of the hunted now as Crawford starts to stalk from outside, whipping lefts around the guard behind the jab. Díaz is just bouncing on his heels, skipping to his right for short distances, covering up and ducking when Crawford opens up, but not getting any chances to do so himself. Díaz is gobsmacked by a leaping right hook and then hit several times on the body while shelled up on the ropes. Wild slow overhand left by Díaz thrown as if through molasses and Crawford just raises his right arm to intercept Díaz's elbow, hilt to crossguard, and plug him with a left downstairs..
