None of his fights are close, there is no controversey after his fights, he can fight southpaw or orthodox, he can fight inside or out, he has thudding power, he can move, he can parry, he can take a shot, and if he's wobbled or hurt, he recovers fast, he has superb handspeed and his offense to defense while trading is 2nd to none.

He is a unique talent, and i can't wait until he moves up to WW. He has one last fight at 140 and that's Indongo. What you saw last night was Bud put an Olympic Gold medalist in a heavy bag and beat the bag up.

Did you see how he was trading and when Diaz looked to be landing and wasn't while Bud was landing himself...all the while blocking Diaz's shots? He did the same with Postol. Nobody does that today, nobody today. It's something Salvador Sanchez used to do.

There are the stalkers like GG, the smart guys like Ward, the punchers like Kov, the boxers like Rigo, the boxer/punchers like Canelo, the punch volume guys like Loma and Roman Gonzalez, but there is nobody who has it all like Bud. His fights aren't close.

There is no Lara type robbery or a Salido, Jacobs or Ward type controversey. He just wins and he's even won on the fighters home turf in another country.

He doesn't fight dirty and he has a mean, surly ruthlessness about him and then he smiles at you while he's beating you up. You're going to have to 10 count him to beat him.

Bud is on top of his game right now and he will show everyone at 147 why I have him as the best pfp fighter today and he will dominate them too.

If he gets the pac fight that will really be a showcase fight for him and then he'll finally start to get some real hype. One problem that he has is Arum's stable at 147 is very small. Haymon has all the fighters at 147. I wonder how many fights Crawford has left under arum? He's going to need to sign with haymon to get the big fights at 147.

I thought diaz was a very limited fighter. Bud is a big fish in a little pond at 140. All of his wins have been dominate. Last night he came in at 151 (mw) pounds. before I go overboard with best fighter in the world I would like to see him at 147 against spence, thurman, even porter guys closer to his natural weight.

AT 140 he is untouchable he is seriously toying with professional fighters.

    Good post.

It's a shame he's come along when he has, both 135 and 140 are or where very weak imo when Crawford ruled.

It's a shame he's going to have to go to 147 to get the cudos.

Round 7 saw Diaz land a great shot, and Bud walk through it and deliver his own.

Crawford is the last lineal champion at LW I believe and if he beats Indongo will be the lineal 140 lbs champs since Indongo has 2 titles.

Crawford will discipline and spank indongo for his flawed style which will leave him exposed to bud who will use every flaw to destroy him.
