    Breaking news: Heavyweight Shannon Briggs has failed a random VADA-conducted urine test for dramatically elevated levels of testosterone, ESPN has learned. His June 3 fight against Fres Oquendo for the vacant WBA "regular" title likely will be canceled.

    Should be the end of Briggs. No excuse will work since there is no way a 45 year old male could have 'dramatically elevated' levels of testosterone without synthetic help.

    Oh I don't know, eating 1 uncastrated boar a week would explain this. I think we should put the pitchforks down until Shannon has a chance to defend himself. A pro boxer taking PEDs seems a bit far-fetched, especially one with such a natural physique as Briggs.

    Haha, Deontay called this ages ago. It was clear that Briggs was on something, dude looks in better shape than when he fought Lennox. He's about 260lbs and just as ripped as AJ. Its a shame too, i was looking forward to seeing what he has left since i think Oquiendo is a complete bum and would have been KOed before the 9th round.
