"Prime" Sanders was 38 years old at the time.

"Prime" Briggs was 38 years old at the time.

    "Prime" Solis never existed.

"Prime" Lennox was 38 years old at the time and smashed his face in.

"Prime" Chisora was competitive with him and he couldn't knock him out whereas David Haye destroyed Chisora
    in 5 rounds.

This thread is cringeworthy, i hope you are trolling.

TKO due to a cut. Did you forget that Lewis was down on the scorecards?

Did you forget Lewis turned his back on boxing because he did not want to go through hell in that ring with Vitali?

You are correct however that Lewis had the better resume, as there were more renowed heavyweights during his time, however Vitali proved he was the better than Lewis and so it stands to reason he'd have destroyed all of Lewis' opponents that indviduals like yourself, get excited about.

Vitali beat what was put in front of him and in spectacular fashion, that cannot be disputed.
Who else at heavyweight throughout history has never been knocked down in their entire career? Just answer me that question please.

So who are the greatest heavyweight of ATG in your eyes? Joshua?

Give me some names and we shall shine the light to break them down, one by one and we'll see, that they cannot be compared to Vitali's accomplishments barring a few limited exceptions.

Vitali isn't of this era, he retired 5 years ago. We're in the beginning stages of the post Klitschko era now.

Vitali Klitschko was the best from 2003-2004, before that it was Lennox Lewis from 1995-2003 and after that
it was his brother Wladimir from 2005-2015.

You're a horrible troll he didn't prove he was better than Lewis he was stopped by Lewis and had a much weaker resume. Your opinion is trash his brother was a better HW than he was troll.

The last sentence is just hard to take seriously. One for saying the first 3 aren't fit to be in the same ring with Vitali and two for putting Tyson Fury's name on the same list as those fighters.

George Chuvalo was never knocked down in his amateur career or his 93-fight professional career and fought Frazier, Foreman, Ali and Patterson amongst others.

Lewis beat all opponents that he ever faced, something that can't be said about your man-crush, so how did he "prove" he was better than Lewis?

Vitali didn't beat anyone of note or anyone in their prime or "beat what was put infront of him in spectacular fashion", that can most definitely be disputed, and stop this "2 weeks notice" crap, he was training for another fight already so he was in shape.

My point to highlight that those in this era as well as Mike Tyson and Ali's era would never have been able to stand up to him.

Agree, this thread is exaggerating his greatness, but he was one of the all-time greats

One of his most impressive wins was coming cold out of retirement, and having had multiple surgeries during that time, and thrashing the current title holder in San Peter ........with no tuneups whatsoever

    Cold

And yet he still thrashing Peter like a red headed step child

When did Lewsi retire undefeated? Or is there another Lennox Lewis that we are referring to that I'm not aware of?

Secondly Vitali only losses were all due to injuries. When they occurred, really and truly should have went to the scorecards as I don't believe the opponent should be awarded victor on the occurrence of a cut or freak injury that was not of their making.

Thirdly it is a fact he only had 2 weeks preparation, as he wasn't training to fight Lewis to that but a lesser opponent. A fully trained and prepared Vitali would have completely flattened Lewis in the rematch. Lewis knew if he honoured the legal contract he'd have got banged out.

I don't have an issue if you think Vitali would beat those 3 guys H2H, but to pretend that they don't even belong in the same ring as if they're complete bums just stretches the boundaries of credulity.
