Say what you want about Henry Cooper being a small heavyweight but that punch would have sent many 200lb + heavyweights to the canvas! At least stunned them!

If 185 lb Henry Cooper could floor Clay and hurt him...then...maybe....nah!...He's not big enough!!!

I heard Henry Cooper say the same thing. He said "well if I could do it, so could *****"

but nobody wants to hear this today. It makes them cross.

FYI this wasn't posted to promote Ali or Marciano in any way. It was only meant to show the force of Coopers punch, it meant something!

A 13 stone man who can punch, whether in the street or boxing ring, can knockout a 15/16/ or 17 stone man if given a free shot.

It can happen. If the guys strong enough and gets a shot then the smaller man can floor him. Look at dempsey verses willard. Dempsey was like a midget compared to jess, he battered him. And If dempsey or rock were around when Cooper was they'd have done the same to ali.

Do you guys think that if Marciano...Joe Louis...or Jack Dempsey were in the ring that day in June 1963 instead of Henry Cooper...that Clay...(as he was called in 1963)...would have survived the next round...or would they have stopped the fight via a KO...or TKO?

I saw a documentary that said that when cameras evolved from black and white to color, sub 200lbers could no longer hurt 200+ pounders.

You would think no but Ali somehow survived being hurt throughout his entire career.
