    Everybody is attacking poor class or anyone emotionally involved in the situation but no one is applauding Gary Russell Jr's comments and apologizing to the fans this past Saturday for that incident. I thought you guys were better than that and would practice what you preach since you talk down and judge everyone else.

    Bravo Gary Russell Jr, for being a man and a class act. :clap:

    His post fight interview he apologized for the incident and ask that everyone understand that, while it's wrong, emotions run high.

    Not really because if you ever were to release his Floyd's draws from your mouth, which would never happen, I'd throw them right back at you and call you a weirdo.

    Nice enough that he apologised to the fans, but I would've respected him and the effort so much more if he apologised to Uzcategui and gave best wishes that he's ok.

    I couldn't agree with you more. Russel has always presented himself with class. I hope that he gets the fights that he is pursuing.

    good for him. "emotions run high" goes without saying, so when he says it, it sounds like an attempt to justify. apologise and assure everyone incidents like that will not occur in the future. it shows you understand the situation and will take steps to make corrections.
