I think the match will be competitive, but Spence has pushed over some decent competition.
He's not a hypejob. He's one of the most talented Welterweights in the world at the moment.
Brook will be his big test. Brook is the champion and has home advantage.

 

While i dont share the hate that you appear to have i do have questions about Spences ability to take a punch and being able to deal with a boxer who can move.

 

So are you picking Spence or Brook, you have to factor those excuses now before the fight and not after.
Anything can happen on fight night so what's your final prediction without mentioning weight and eye?

Exactly.

These excuses are very annoying. If Brook has to stop because of an eye injury, we'll know it; and as for weight, he's apparently already down to 148 lb so that should be fine. So no reason to pile up potential excuses - OP obviously just hates Spence.

 

Was it a training camp or a weight loss camp like JCC Jr.?

 

We'll see the performance. If Brook looks sluggish then there may well be a case to argue that the weight affected him. I for one am waiting for the weigh-in to see how Brook looks before making my pick, although I am tending towards picking Spence.

Unfortunately even if Spence beats a good version of Brook and the eye isn't a factor, some people will still try to discredit the win. Likewise if Brook wins his haters will say Spence was a hype-job not a notable win.

That's basically what I wish to avoid as much as possible.
