I'm going to go against the grain here and go with Chuvalo. I think a lot of people are thinking of him when he was older. Watch some of his fights from the mid-60s like the Patterson fight. Despite any shortcomings, Chuvalo loved whacking that body. I don't think there was one noticeable body shot thrown by either when AJ fought Wlad. Also, I freaked in the 5th round of the Wlad bout when he punched himself out and took several more rounds to grab his second wind. George was still flying in the 15th against Ali and Terrell. If he saw a fatigued AJ in the 5th, that could have been the waterloo. Everything you guys say could indeed happen, but let's give AJ a chance here and get more seasoning and iron out some noticeable weaknesses. 5 or 6 fights down the road he could add more stamina, bodywork and defense into his game. But right now, against a prime George, I could see the Canadian roughhousing his way to a win.

You should re-wach the fight. Joshua landed hard body shots, and some clean head shots that did not floor Wlad.

If Tyson, Lewis and Wlad were a 10 on power, Josuha who liked to throw punches is more like an 8.5 to 9

A power hitter for sure, but if he really hit that hard, he would have finished Wlad sooner because he landed some serious bombs.

A more durable opponent is needed to gauge his power, not a 41 year old who was out of the ring for a while, and never had the best chin.

Tyson, Lewis and Wlad didn't floor everybody with every punch.

Anthony Joshua knocked Dillian Whyte and Dominic Breazeale out, both have a very good chin.

What makes you think Breazeale has a very good chin? He went down against Amir Mansour and was on his way to getting stopped in that fight.

Breazeale took some hard punches in his fight with Mansour, only because he went down doesn't mean that
he has not a good chin, his defense is his problem and not his chin.

Exactly right. Manasour is a very small heavyweight, and was 43 for the match. If he could hurt and floor Breazeale, lots of guys can.

Breazeale was gutsy vs Joshua, but I thought Joshua who took his foot off the gas ( Possible worried about his stamina ) should have finished him a bit sooner.

He went down in the third round against a 40 something year old who was never that great and has been in and out of prison. Someone with a great chin doesn't go down against a guy like Amir Mansour.

That doesn't mean that he can't punch hard, Amir Mansour has good punching power, to have a good chin doesn't
mean you can never go down, everybody can be knocked down.

Its Amir Mansour. It takes more than a good punch to knock someone down that has a great chin as you say. On top of that Mansour was 43 years old and wasn't that good to begin with.

Don't forget that Breazeale was on his way to being knocked out.

I will tell you again, maybe you will understand now, that Amir Mansour was not an elite level heavyweight or that
he was 43 years old doesn't mean that he couldn't punch hard.

Dominic Breazeale showed good punch resistance in all of his fights, his problem is that he gets hit too often in
his fights and not that he has not a good chin.

I will tell you again, it takes more than a hard punch from a sub par heavyweight to knock someone down and almost stop a guy with a "great chin".

If you can't take a punch then you can't take a punch. The best chin is one that doesn't get hit.

I never said he has a "great" chin, i said he and Dillian Whyte both have very good chins.

You can't question his chin due to only one fight, you need to watch all of his fights and he showed a very good
chin against Ugonoh and Anthony Joshua, look how many punches he took against both of them.

Mike Tyson was knocked out a couple of times.

Chisora was knocked out by David Haye.

Wach was knocked out by Povetkin.

Are you trying to tell me that all of them have or had not good chins ?

Still doesn't change anything. When he had only 17 fights going into the Joshua WORLD TITLE fight against bums then yes I can go off of just one fight against his best opponent after Joshua.

His best opponent after Anthony Joshua was Ugonoh and he won the fight partially due to his good chin.
