You say 210 pounds like that's what those guys were weighing and that's not true. Larry Holmes was 6'3" with an 81" reach. Wlad is 6'6" with the same reach. Not much difference and I think that prime Holmes would hand him his hat. Jerry Cooney has the same dimensions as Wlad and you see what Holmes did to him.

    Holmes was a fraud.

    Even Ali admits as such.

Vitali or Vlad would have beaten Holmes, I have zero doubt about it. Spinks beat Holmes................

Homles would have suffered a violent end if he ever stepped in the ring with Vitali or Vlad.

You need two hands to count the amount of times Holmes was absolutely destroyed by lesser opponents.

When mentioning Haye as a HW ... bottom line is he's been at that weight 2008-17. His wins are his wins. Valuev, Ruiz (late) and Chisora.

    He didn't fight/beat Povetkin/Pulev/Chagaev/T. Fury earlier, or Wilder/Parker/Ortiz recently.

I wish he had fought some of those ... especially Povetkin. For whatever reason he didn't. No doubt Haye was a quality fighter in his prime period (at HW), but I'm a bit fed up with all the hypothetical Haye match-ups. Unless someone invents a time machine at some point ... Haye's place in the HW division is based on Valuev, Ruiz and Chisora + going the distance with Wlad + Audley.

Holmes, Wlad, Tyson, Lewis, etc. all have an array of actual HW fights to go on ... the Spinks win and the Douglas loss are in play because they actually happened. IMO Haye missed his chance to generate himself a legacy, if he was in fact up to beating some of the top HWs 2008-12 or so.

Bull**** it. Pinklon Thomas was on pound for pound lists while Holmes was defending the title. He lost his first bout after Holmes lost the title (close), and most people that was due to a lack of focus. That's arguably the best challenger of Holmes' era and he didn't fight him. He beat Witherspoon after Holmes struggled with him.

Coetzee, Page, and Dokes were all very good at certain times but had inconsistencies like most of the 80s heavyweights. Holmes ducked them all. Triangle theories do not excuse that.

Btw Witherspoon was an unknown when fought Holmes and I don't think Holmes would've fought him if he knew what he was getting into.

So do you think Britain had more sexual predators in Klitchko's era or Holmes' era?

i would say the holmes era was probably a stronger era. documentaries about sex slaves back in the 80's featured mostly brits piling up stats. today you got the germans and americans putting up solid numbers on the far east child sex tours. its getting a lot more competitive.

Once again you miss the point....

There will likely be a stage in human history where a one minute mile is no longer considered 'elite'.
Saying it's impossible for there to ever be a one minute mile, is incorrect.

 man, youre a glutton for punishment. you are way out of your depth and dont realize it due to ignorance. it may be just a lack of education, but your inability to reason outside of whats directly in front of you, leads me to believe that you are just dumb.
in order for me to get you to understand, i would need to teach you about biology, anatomy, physiology, muscle mechanics, evolution, and other sciences relating to what a human body is physically equipped to do. now if you said the a human can one day become the longest distance runner on gods green earth, i would have to agree because we are physically equipped to reach those heights. but duplicating the speed of the fastest land animal on earth is something we arent equipped to ever do without genetic engineering... just the weight of our calves would prevent us from moving our legs fast enough.
if you are going to continue, how about providing some type of evidence, any type of evidence other than "youre wrong", so you can at least show that youre more than just a dumbass talkin out his ass.

The Holmes era was far superior not even close .The likes of Peter or haye against spoon or Bonecrusher total massacre. most of vlads opponents wouldn't make sparing partners for the fighters Larry defeated. total crap.

You talk so much nonsense, you can't even organise your own sentences.

You claimed it was 'impossible' for Humans to complete a one minute mile....

Now you claim it would be possible with 'genetic engineering'.

    Make your mind up man.
