Brook didn't take a knee against a punching bag though.

Nah he proved his chin, proved he can hang on the inside with the strongest welterweight in the world.

He is the real deal. He ****ed Brook up.

Brook Vs Khan makes sense now.

Both get paid and the winner sets up another title shot.

Khan bitching about Kell? Hell, Khan doesn't get the opportunity to take a knee, he's asleep way before taking a knee

Bellew talking so much crap. Thurman would definitely take the Khan fight if he had to.

I don't like people questioning Kell's heart but let's be honest Khan probably has the most heart (and delusion) out of any boxer.

5 rounds a piece. Brook just didn't have it like I thought he would in the end. It's impossible to predict how a fighter will recover from an injury or how his body will adapt to coming down in weight.

I give credit to Spence even though he got caught throwing wild shots like I expected his chin is better than I thought and he is a true Champion.

Frankly after this performance I might favor Brook over Khan more than ever before. :nusenuse:

It seems that defeating Brook requires jacking up his eye something fierce. Golovkin was able to do this with impunity because he's naturally much larger and has shown the chin to soak up shots from real middleweights possessing world class power at the weight. Spence was able to do this because he ultimately had better conditioning than Brook and was able to ergo triumph in a war of attrition...not like he didn't get hurt in the process. He did, several times. He just has, unlike Khan, the heart and tenacity (and punch resistance) to stay in the kitchen when the burners go red. Khan wouldn't be able to stand the heat. If he could force Brook to wear a straight-jacket and cement shoes, yes, of course eventually Khan would bust up his eye with his quick outside pot shot combos. Brook is a counter-puncher nonpareil, however, and Khan struggles against those, and when things get hot & heavy Khan will fall long before he can do a number on that damaged orbital tissue.

He's an all-round class act in and out of the ring.

I admit he has heart, which is why I consider him a great fighter to watch. You never know when he will implode regardless of how well he is boxing.
