Brook has made decent coin in his last two fights especially with both fights being on PPV. No shame in hanging up the gloves and becoming a trainer.

Neutrals wouldn't mind seeing a British bust-up, though. Who knows.

 

Khan is Khan...don't even have to go there. Spence would tenderize Thurman's soft ribcage.

 

Spence went to Brooks backyard and beat him down to the point he couldn't continue.

Spence is the goods. Looked darn good to me in only his 22nd pro fight

 

Spence seemed a bit sluggish, and unsharp. Not sure if it was the layoff, or a hard weight cut. I'll blame the sluggishness on that. I give Brook credit for Spence being unsharp though. He countered Spence at will, and landed some hard power shots. When he hurt Spence early in the fight, it seemed to disrupt Spence's rhythm a bit, and it took Spence a bit to get back on track. That being said, I don't think Khan can avoid a power shot from a guy Spence's size and skill level for more than four or five rounds. We know Khan doesn't have the discipline to box the perfect fight that long. On the other hand, after seeing this, I give Thurman more a chance. Thurman is smaller, but after seeing how Brook was out jabbing Spence, and also seeing how slow and telegraphed Spence's jab was, I could see Thurman jumping in with leads and touching Spence up a bit. When Thurman commits to his punches, I think he is a hard puncher than Brook is. I'm looking forward to the fight either way.

Nah. Khan can be timed and beaten up... He isn't that great of a boxer. Speed is his main thing. Doesn't have as good distancing/timing/defensive abilities as others. Those abilities are still present just not as strong as other boxers at the same level, but his speed is his main weapon.

Khan is a ****en bum and will never be able to beat any elite fighter. He doesn't have the skill or the balls to beat anyone with skills.

 

Disagree. Spence has a short night against Khan and has a slight edge against Thurman. I don't think people realize how much power Brook has.
