Seemed like Chudinov was out on his feet at one stage. No one needs to take clean blows the the melon like that. Live to fight another day, ffs.

Groves is a humble guy. He's changed quite a bit since Froch left him in a heap.

Would love to see him face-off against DeGale in a unification fight.

Gassiev's jump in class was pretty solid too.

For me to be a major force you need more than 1 good win or multiple defences or to be unified champ. I just don't see Spence beating the Thurman's,Garcia's and Porters or Crawford if he steps up

I actually had Brook up a rd going into the 10th, but those combos downstairs then when the eye swolt......

Just a matter of time. I hoped he'd hear the final bell, but I knew the fight was out of reach at that point.

Hats off to the TRUTH, who just beat the best WW in the world, and showed that extra gear when he needed it, and just put 147-154 on NOTICE.

Britain has really shifted the momentum in the boxing vs mma popularity war that dana white tried to initiate. So many great fights have been held here recently.

Even though i think eddie is a bit of a twat, hats off to him as he has been the catalyst.

Absolutely gutted, brook looked great for the first six rounds, I thought he was going to win comfortably but spence just took over the fight. Did the weight loss take it out of brook? Was the eye the reason spence took over? Or was spence just too good? Probably a bit of all three to be honest. Spence will take some beating now he proved he has a chin.

Porter lost to Brook arguably 10-2 at home. It wasn't really close. Spence just went to Sheffield in front of 25,000 hostile fans and forced a stoppage against the consensus top-dog in the division. To say Spence is not going to be a force is serious slight to Kell Brook.

Garcia, smaller and slower, has little to trouble Spence.

Thurman is a more difficult task, but I favor Spence.

Crawford is a junior welterweight and a fight with Spence may be years off.

Porter fought a better version of Brook so I don't think it's that comparable, I like Spence as a man and I'd actually quite like him to beat Thurman but as a fighter I'm just not seeing it

Brook looked terrific tonight -- better than he did against Porter. Explain to me what exactly you saw (other than him losing) that says he was "better" against Porter?

I saw essentially the same fighter. Tricky, accurate, big, strong, good counter-puncher.

He was busier. Tonight he looked to pace himself more than attack. Making 147 imo was too much to overcome. But im a guy who is not sold on Spence so pardon me lol. I never thought much of Brook either. Spence got the win and the Brits are shocked, lmao. I'm not.

Spence woulda blinded Margs in both eyes tonight, and Brook woulda put Cotto out for 10 with that UC in the 6/7th.

He had the energy to go the distance in the Porter fight. First 6 rounds tonight you seen him at something close to peak form and he was controlling the fight,Spence turned the tide when Brook tired

Has it occurred to you that Brook might have tired because of something Spence was doing, for example landing hard body shots for 8 rounds?
