Brook is a very good boxer. Great timing, very good fundamentals, and solid speed/power. He is special, Spence is just more special.

 

Go to hell, Brook is about as good as it gets.

Brook reminds me of a slightly bigger version of past his prime Shane Mosely, with less power, chin, and heart.

He doesn't really do anything special. He's just a big strong muscular welter, who takes a shot to give a shot.

Brook is about as good as it gets, I honestly thought he ws going to win tonight. I know from your previous posts that you are a really big Canelo fan and I have always thought that Brook will beat him and I still do. All Canelo's main attributes Brook actually does better than him, I think a lot of the more experienced posters on this forum will agree with me.

There's a bunch of stuff you have to consider with Brook. He had a life/career threatening injury after the Porter win which people seem to forget. He also didn't get fighters handed to him on a plate like Canelo and Khan did all their careers and had to work for every morsel. I've followed Brook's career very closely, wayyyyy before he was known on this forum and it sucks to see fans of a manufactured fighter like Canelo say things like "one decent win on his resume" when Canelo and Khan were handed big fights on a PLATTER to them since they first picked up the gloves.

My posts is most likely insanely biased, but I just can't believe after such a high level of competition this evening that people are criticising Brook. It's MADNESS.

 

Special enough to derail the Porter hype train.

He made Spence look pretty ordinary for long periods too rocking him multiple times.

What he doesn't have is the stamina, as a consequence of cutting weight.
