Ive gotta say James that me and you have very different opinions of Chris Eubank Jr. Personally i think he is vastly overated by many people. All he had to do was sign on the line and he would of faced GGG everything else done and dusted, Golovkin thought it was a done deal, K2 thought that and also did Eddie Hearn. But then Eubank Sr and Jr started some real unnaceptable demands and wouldnt sign the contract. It wasnt stolen the Eubanks wanted contracts ripped up and completely re-written with things they were never guna get.
Yeah you're right, Eubank jr is all wrong for GGG, because how can an opponent be more wrong for someone when they refuse to even sign & then soil themselves any time a contract is within a mile of them.
There are two sides to every story alright, why didn't Brook just sign to fight Vargas? He got a good pay day but ruined his career and GGG is pathetic fighting a welterweight after ridiculing Canelo. GGG is not what he's made out to be and ffs how can Jr be overrated when most here think he's British level? I bet you think Rosado and Martin Murray beat him?
Yes his poise is admirable. Seems like nothing fazes him and is always calm and cool. It is not fake humility like Joshua or Crawford who you know are forcing it through their media training. Both have shown themselves to be thugs behind that thin veil.
Incclude the dodger known as Jnr...ran like a sprinter from GGG & Brook to over... If Brook had hurt his orbital bone then he would bound to know that feeling & who here would risk losing their sight...for the fans...or think of his family...C'mon you tough guys be honest. Spence was Brilliant with a capital B, he said he was in a tough fight & praised Brook, at least Spence has some maturity & Humbleness unlike the two punks Eubank & the bratt formerly known as Fluids sucker!
You've said some stupid things on here but suggesting that Eubanks is a warrior is the worst, he has ducked the good fighters & picked the journymen ,apart from BJS & look what happened when he met a little bit of class...living off his Dads past! A rich kid Punk!
Brook fought like a warrior even when he wasn't seeing ****, he quit because he didn't want to go blind and these morons still hate on him? Pathetic.
Spence is great, but it was obvious Brook is overrated holding the title hostage in Euroland. If he didn't quit he was about to get the Algeri treatment. Spence is a mean finisher.
Agreed, he doesn't fall for the bull****, he could have easily claimed he made Kell quit to make himself look good, but was professional about it, no ego involved, understood the circumstances and responded accordingly, like a real pro. I like how he carries himself.
Bunch of morons. Kicking someone when they're down so they can virtue signal on social media. Kell has battled back from a horrific knife attack where he almost died and needed life saving surgery. Both he and doctors feared he'd never be able to box again. He didn't even know if he'd be able to walk again let alone box. He agreed to jump up two divisions at the drop of hat to face the most fearsome punching and avoided fighter in the game in GGG. He didn't need one tune up to settle into the weight let alone three and he was jumping two whole divisions not one. He suffered a terrible injury to his orbital socket in that fight, an injury that very easily could've damaged his eye sight permanently or caused him to go blind in it and put an end his career. The likelihood of losing your sight from an injury like that is a very real possibility. Have you not read the gory details regarding the surgery he had performed on his eye? You don't think having to confront and contemplate these things took a huge toll on him psychologically? How would all those guys feel if someone told them that's it your career is over? Done. You can no longer box anymore. You can no longer do the one thing you love and are passionate about. The one thing you're good at and have dedicated your life to for many years. And now he's suffered the same injury in his very next fight and he has to go through it all again.
And if his former opponent Nick Blackwell had quit he wouldn't have come within a whisker of dying, of nearly ending up like Magomed and Colon and all the other fighters whose lives have been destroyed in the ring. And he'd very likely still be boxing today.
He should have the utmost respect poured on him, unlike many he took the Spence fight when others would not & after (like it or not) facing the most fearsome fighter in all weight divisions the great GGG, who made DJ break the weigh in rules to try & glean any advantage but people here (James) think he is a hero because of that Lol buffoon
