What was your scorecard for Brook/Spence half way?

5-1 Brook.

The fight was going exactly as I predicted with kell just bouncing his overmatched opponent all over the ring.

The difference in quality was plain and would've been the easy victory that I predicted had those desperate windmills no connected.

The fact spencer couldn't even finish him when he had one eye is enough to determine who the better boxer is.

 

Don't get me wrong Spence won the fight BUT he didnt prove he was the better man. Till that rye started swelling bad Brook was winning fight 4-2.
There was no way Brook could have carried on in those circumstances
If ne wants it I think Brook deserves a rematch

 

Spence already pulled ahead. Won rounds 6 onward. Spence won 7 rounds to 4.

 

I had it 4-2 Brook but could easily have been 5-1.

 

Same here. Lots of close rounds, 3-3 was fine too.

 

ROUNDS 6 &7 was when the eye ballooned up. Brook was handicapped from then on. Would have been nice to see them do it again without the eye injury

I've rewatched the fight a few times now.

3-3 or 4-2 to Brook I think is acceptable after 6, but Spence wins everything from then on.

People are going to say 'excuses', but had Brook not had the injury vs GGG would he have fought with more confidence after his eye was damaged vs Spence? I think he would have.

Better guy won on the night.

 

I feel sorry for Kell Brook understand how he must feel. Congrats to Errol Spence Wish them both all the best for the future

 

The rounds before 7th were so close and almost all of them could've went either way. Neither were clearly ahead.
