Spence vs. GGG needs to happen.

Spence don't need to fight GGG. He is on a mission that don't include GGG. When he decides to move up GGG will most likely be gone.

First Golovkin needs to beat El Pollo for big money, plus El Pollo has a rematch clause, Golovkin was not allowed such, after that Saunders, then Spence, Golovkin would knock Spence out, destroy his career like he did Brook.................then let Spence fight Brook in a rematch after getting destroyed by Golovkin.....

 

Mayweather's style translated well against bigger, slower guys. Golovkin uses a lot of physicality which may be a drawback against bigger, stronger fighters. I'm thinking LHW might be a step too far for Golovkin especially at the highest level. He's not even a big MW.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if Spence ends up at Middleweight one day but for now it is both way too soon for him to fight Golovkin and also completely unnecessary. GGG has the biggest fight of his career coming up and then some good fights down the line potentially against guys like Charlo and Jacobs and Spence is on the cusp of some huge fights at Welterweight.
FTR though I think Spence looks like a better boxer and will probably end up with a more distinguished career but GGG would knock him out if they fought now.

 

GGG would crack that dorks skull off his 147lb neck.
