I'd like to see Spence in against a prime Jose Luis Lopez. A fully motivated Lopez who'd actually trained instead of partying it up and getting high on the beach with his surfer buddies. Lopez had a slab of granite for a head. I don't care who you are you ain't stopping him. And he could punch holes in 12'' thick steel doors with those fists of his. That would be a great match up. Their styles would really compliment each other's. This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected Watch his fight against James Page. Page was a devastating puncher. A legit one punch KO artist. He bounced bombs off of Lopez's noggin that would've dropped a rhino and Lopez barely even blinked. I kid you not. Spence but I think Pacquiao makes him look slow at times. Pac's speed and awkwardness will only work so much at this stage.
Pacquiao needs to challenge Crawford @ 140 for "all the marbles" once Crawford beats Indongo. Pac will be faster and more powerful @ 140.
pac > Bradley> vargas (ww champ), brook can't compete with class "a" boxer and a quitter(see what pac did to marg?hats off to marg a true warrior), pac to fast for spence even at this time
Not sure how well he would do versus Spence at this stage....he may very well get mauled a lot earlier in the fight then you think. Personally I'd rather not see it, PAC is an ATG and this would likely hurt his legacy.
Jessie Vargas vowed to go to war with Pac, but decided to box once he tasted the power and saw the speed and angles. It's not a guarantee that Spence will try to walk down and take Pac out (this would be the worst game plan for Spence, which is his style).
This. Spence is strong, but being overly aggressive with PAC even now isn't a good idea. Vargas tried that and got dropped. PAC isn't half the fighter he used to be, but he still is quick on his feet and would probally find openings on Spence.
Spence no doubt. To much of a hungry young lion, bigger, stronger. He would force pac to close distance, soften him up pressing the attack and knock him out. If Timothy Bradly had any ring IQ he could've done similar, Spence will.
