LOL, when Brook comes out of the closet after he retires that will be heroic too, forget that he was too scared to do it when he was an active fighter

I've seen dozens of fighters in the past with far worse eyes and injuries who would fight til they die before they gave up but I wouldn't call what Brook did either heroic or cowardly. I would say it was the sensible thing to do and it seems boxing is trending to more sensible decisions these days.

Why do you rock that Brook avatar when you clearly don't like or support him? Every non GGG hate post you make is something negative about Brook.

It was as heroic as our queen "relocating" to Britain in WW2.
Kell "Brave Sir Robin" Brook :D

But, in light of the injury he did the right thing. At that point he was all but beaten anyway and needed a bloody miracle, or 3 favorable judges Nevada/Texas style, to come out of that with a disputed victory.
This way he might be able to come back to fight another day and without permanent disability.

Well I lost a bet and had to have this avatar, I have since been allowed to change it but haven't got around to it.

Brook fans think he walks on water and they love bashing Khan
They act like Brook has had such a great career and Khan is a bum.

Look @ their careers on paper, look at the coin they have both earned and Khan wins by a country mile.

I don't think Brook truly deserves stick for quitting but tbh there is justifiably a case according to the warriors code.

Many fighters such as Bellew (Brooks personal friend), Terence Crawford and Gervonta Davis have called Brook out on quitting and they know the mentality a fighter needs and Brook doesn't have it any more according to them.

It's interesting that I have been banned several times for promoting UK boxers on here 'nationalisticly' and yet homophobia seems to get a free pass....

Brook made a smart decision but under no possible circumstances can quitting in the ring be construed as heroic.

This was neither heroic, nor brave.

The man was seeing double and already broken down. No sense in continuing as you'll sustain further damage and no doubt lose.
