Agree Pacquiao has left the greater legacy of the two, but Mayweather would always have been a decent favourite over him whenever they had met.

Tyson is extremely jealous of Floyd due to a number of issues between the 2. Mostly over some chick Money told to scream **** on Mike. Oh, but that's the fight game. However Pac just isn't good enough to force a real fight with Floyd like Jesus Chavez did, like Emanuel Augustus did or JMM did and didn't win a round. Pac was lame duck and the naysayers can't deal with the fact they're wrong so you see threads like this...
I'm not necessary agree with Tyson with his reasoning in this case. But historically Pac does have a case to be ranked greater than Floyd Mayweather. Head to head results should be taken into consideration but it's not the only criteria. Many past greats has been ranked higher than their conquerer based on better accomplishment. And I think Pac whole body of work surpass Floyd. Head to head though it's hard not to give the nod to Floyd from 130-156.
