Why is a fighter asked every time after winning a fight who does he want to fight next?

Call outs are real and they count. You want to parented they don't exist because Wilder is doing all the calling out and Parker is the one who went into hiding.

If Parker was doing the calling out , you're hole would sound a lot different and we know it.

Name me somebody who called somebody out , then ran away when they accepted. Do it. Don't say Canelo after he beat Khan because he was asked about Golovkin , he never called Golovkin out.

Ortiz fought on Joshua's undercard when he fought Molina..Why the hell did AJ fight a Wilder left over and not Ortiz ??
They were both on the same card and under the same promoter.

Wlad was tentative early on though, and perhaps Banks might have him start more agressively.

It's really, the ONLY thing he can do differently, but then, it would likely have him waering out due to nervous energy of that counter UC.

I'd rather rather sought an easier fight. He could get Ortiz or Oquendo, and win a version of the WBA title.
He could fight the Chisora Helenius winner and take the EU title.

Plenty of nice high profile fights out there, all making him nice bread, while lessening the risk of an ugly KO loss to go out on.

NTM......why wouldnt he take some softer touches, stay sharp, and possibly get Wilder or Parker, or in his best case scenario, get Tyson Fury.

He would absolutely demolish the Fury who beat him in 2015 while his mind was all over the place.

No version of Fury beats any version of a focused Wlad.

He was comfortably up on Eddie Hearn's Matchroom 'special' scorecards at the time of the stoppage. He should (could) have finished the old man off in round 5, he wont be afforded the same second chance in the rematch.

Nobody is saying AJ is a polished boxer, but equally nobody has an answer for his world class power surges.

 

He's not fighting Klitschko. Pulev is the next opponent. All this Klitschko talk is just to somewhat try and ease the situation when Pulev is announced next to the casual's.

"Ahh, we thought we had the Klitschko rematch but they've decided against it & now we go with our mandatary challenger".

Trust me, that sounds much better than coming out right away & saying "Joshua's next opponent will be Kubrat Pulev".

 

No confirmation on Wlads side to any of this yet. Hearn is probably trying to get him to make his mind up and prevent him pulling a Vitlali by dragging out his retirement for the bones of 12 months.
