Hes a complete idiot to turn down those shows. The Late Late Show doesnt even reach 1/3 the audience those two shows alone wouldve exposed him to.

In your previous post you mentioned that Vitali was never on any chat shows and therefore he was a nobody. I pointed out that he wasn't, and Wilder in comparison, is. Just pointing it out, like most other people here, that Wilder isn't well known.

He probably was better known at one point than Crawford due to that Tyson fight. I think he did a Pizza Hut advert after that so there was some fame about him for a brief time.

 

To be on chat shows you need to be interesting. McGregor has a personality that makes for a entertaining watch and he's easy to sell. Crawford doesn't have a personality like that.

Wilder is another personality that should be easy to sell unlike AJ who is very calm and respectful yet AJ is the bigger star?.. Wilder is out spoken kind of like how Mike Tyson was but Mike was a household name and Wilder is unknown outside of boxing.

 

The late late show gets roughly the same average viewership as Good morning america. But 2 completely different demographics and audiences as one is a evening show and the other is morning show. No doubt he'll be on more shows in the US as Hearn said more chat shows have contacted him including Jimmy Fallon.
