    He's very promising indeed.
Fast hard combo's and he seems to have a natural grasp how an opponent's body moves/reacts, while anticipating on that in a split second.
Not many boxers/fighters have that, and believe me, that's a big weapon.

definitely worth watching; a big frame and tall, so if he's at 168 at age 20, i should think he'll naturally grown in to LHW in a two or three years.

when he does, LHW will be packed:

    Kovalev
    Dmitry Bivol
    Oleksandr Gvozdyk
    Artur Beterbiev
    Joe Smith
    Eleider Alvarez
    Badou Jack

Sullivan Barrea and Nathan Cleverly perhaps just below

and there's Adonis Stevenson, but i don't think he'll ever go near any of those guys--defintely not the first four on the list.

Andre Ward i predict to retire after Kov next month.

Still no sign of Benavidez vs Medina on any of the sites I download or watch fights on. Getting ridiculous now.

    But in the meantime here's

Benavidez vs Philip David Jackson in HD

Those short combos are as fast as I've seen at this weight. Seem to carry decent power too. Took quite a few punches from Porky, especially to the body and seemed to handle them quite well. Certainly exciting and now one of the fighters to watch at SMW. Worthy contender (and probably future champ) for any of the titles at 168. Enough power and height to move to LHW few years from now, when he starts to put on weight.

El and La are both The in Spanish.

And for the record smartass, as far as David goes, it's EL Bandera Roja. See for yourself.

Sergio Mora talking sense fighters don't quit, its the ref or corner who should protect the fighter.

Quitting is a sign of weakness, once a fighter does it once they are no longer the same eg Chavez Jr and Brookbackmountain
