I think Classic, in the main, has a reasonable current perspective - with an optimistic outlook for Joshua's future.

There are a couple, however, who seem consumed with muscles.

There's always a KO waiting to happen in Boxing; none more so than in the Heavyweight division.

But, seriously and a genuine question - Who do you think is out there, at the moment, who could crash Joshua's 'train'?

That would be an interesting match-up, if it ever comes off. I'm not sure whether, privately, TF is all that interested, despite what he's saying publicly.

If it happens, I probably won't be tipping TF to achieve a KO. Although, it's not inconceivable.

But, either way, he's going to have to work for it; harder than he ever has done before. And, I could see it going the other way, in favor of AJ, if he can get in early.

I hope it can be made.

This is a good post. I agree for the most part. but I think Joshua might be able to beat McCall by decison over 12 rounds. He'd be in for one hell of a fight though regardless.

McCall he would have more chance with.

But if I were Joshuas manager I still think Oliver is an unnecessary gamble right now. I'm basing everything on the Klitschko fight, anybody as dangerous but younger, on that night, would be one fight too soon going from that. But I am happy to accept because of it, Anthony will be a much better fight next time out.

    Witherspoon by late rounds K.O
    Tyson in 3
    Lewis in 1
    McCall late rounds K.O.
Joshua's got chin problems, stamina problems, He's got heart though I'll give him that.
I can't believe people are arguing that he beats the above 4.

AJ smashes the 5hit out of Witherspoon and McCall.

If the Lewis that fought Bruno also fought AJ, then for me, AJ wins that fight. Bruno was winning comfortably until the stoppage, and AJ is far better than Frank ever was. Lewis really did not fight well that night.

Tyson of the 1st Bruno fight is a different kettle of fish. I'd have to say that Tyson wins by ko - possibly around the 5th or 6th, with both guys throwing absolute bombs at each other. At that point in his career, Tyson's head movement was excellent, and I think he has the edge over AJ, but not before being rocked or kd'd himself.

I like Joshua but to say he beats Tyson and Lewis at this stage is getting carried away IMO. Its lovely to see the AJ fans up each other's bum holes but a reality check is probably needed when saying he would beat all timers left right and centre at this stage. It's not like He looked invincible against Wlad, he was nearly finished in there. I'd go as far to say Witherspoon could be a big problem, as others have said. It's understandable to get excited about a fighter but I'm not sold yet, he did look vulnerable to me. But in this day and age he would probably get away with it and wipe the division out.

Very few fighters can beat a motivated Lennox Lewis. Very very few.

True - but Lewis fought poorly against Bruno. and was getting thoroughly outboxed until he realised Frank's chin is not all that early in the 7th. If that version of Lewis fought AJ, its not a foregone conclusion that Lewis wins.

Current AJ doesn't out-Jab Lewis. Current AJ doesn't defend against the Lewis Right-hand the way Bruno was able to.

What has impressed me most about Joshua, is his mind-set.

You might potentially be looking at a Joe Louis style mind-set there.

Calm, courtesy, and evil, all rolled into one.

I will be more than in interested to see what comes of that!
