Going by both men's previous fights going in to the fight, I expected a decent showing from Jones, racking up a few points whilst barrera came on slowly, till eventually he would stop Jones in the late stages. So result was quite a surprise imo.
Barrera was 43-0 going into the fight, I expected a wide UD win for Barrera. Too bad Jones turned out to be his Kryptonite.
A truly impressive performance by jones. A truly shocking result. Barrera was being groomed for (and later achieved) greatness. I did not see that result coming. I doubt many did.
That the fragile chinned Jones would get crushed. That was a shocking result A mediocrity like John Michael Johnson had kod Jones.
