Well, if it was an amateur boxing match it wouldn't be a billion dollar ppv spectacle, would it?

I agree Floyd will probably carry McGregor. It's of course a massive promotion, and he won't want to let the world watching hate on the fight. If Floyd was all business I would expect an early round knockout, probably by a counter than an inexperienced boxer in McGregor just doesn't know how to defend himself against. But by the late rounds even if he's carrying him Floyd will want to go for a resounding win, he'll pour on the offense, land clean punch after clean punch and force a spent and useless McGregor down and out.

 

Well he's not going to this time.

It's a mega money sideshow which in reality McGregor shouldn't be allowed in the ring sparring let alone fighting Floyd Joy.

 

Yeah very true, I remember when he predicted he would lose via submission to Nate Diaz.

He hasn't iced everyone. He lost to Nate in the first fight and arguably should have a draw or a loss in the rematch. Nate isn't top 3 in their weightclass.

 

nate diaz is like 6'1 and was 190lbs on fight night, conor and floyd are small men. The guy ended jose aldos career in 3 seconds flat.

I've seen plenty of people all over facebook today who think McGregor actually has a chance. But then these are the same mongs who genuinely believed that Ronda Rousey would kill Mayweather is a fight.

 

He didn't chicken out of anything. Toney is a loser and idiot that was desperate for money and shot his mouth off, didn't properly train for a grappler and got rightfully anhiliated. He believed the 4oz gloves were going to make him unbeatable.

Couture never ever said he would do well in boxingand said he knew his limits.

 

But it's a boxing match.

 

Hmm, yeah hard to see it being close enough that it goes 12. How can an mma guy even last a 12 round boxing match? But the question is: do you put a lot money on Mayweather by stoppage, or ALL your money on Mayweather to win? I just took a look at the odds. I expected 1/25 Floyd to win but it's only 1/6! That is of course an outrageous steal on a mismatch. McGregor's unbelievably given a better chance than Cotto, Maidana, Guerrero.

 

Even if he's serious he's still a joke. His clown BS has been immediately debunked anyways.
