I really hope these odds keep getting better. I might set myself for an early retirement if they do.:Saeufer:

It might be fixed to make a rematch and not embarrass Conor. If I knew this was going to be an 100% legit fight, I'd bet everything I have on Floyd.

Go easy guys. Is disqualification count as a win, a ko win or none? What about no contest?
Cause there is chance it cound happen with this farce circus.

    Will be on August 26.

We have Floyd (love him or hate him, one of the most skilled fighters in this sport)

We have boxing novice in McGregor with close to zero boxing skills (watch him getting schooled in sparring by jorneyman Van Heerden)

Mods don't remove this thread to MMA forum it's worth discussing here.

Were there examples of bigger gap in skills than that?

    Henry Bruceles vs Floyd?
    Glenn Kelley vs Jones jr?

But Bruceles and Kelley were more skilled than that red-bearded guy.

    Maybe you'll find other examples.

Sweet Pea vs some tomato can?
Or James Toney vs somebody with zero skills?

Funny you should say 5k because I will drop that amount on Floyd outright just as the odds starts to widen again.

I'd love to put it on KO but not sure I can trust little Floyd with his little brittle hands. I expect him to get it but not putting money near that option i'll stick with outright.

Floyd isn't taking a dive to lose to McDonalds so they can have a rematch. Think about how ridiculous a thing that would be.

The only shennanigans Floyd will take part in is how long he wants to carry Connor...and bieng an absolute pro who takes no opponent lightly Floyd might just body him in rounds 1 or 2.

I can't afford to put more than £5k up..would if I could silly odds right now.

Actually since it's nearly double your money for Floyd by KO right now I might just put £1k on Floyd TKO/KO. I might break something if Floyd cruises to a decision though.

No amount of fixing can mask such an enormous gulf in ability.

Wel you know I had a bet on the fight happening way back so I've already won plenty already but this fight just wants to keep on giving...

Your first example tops it. And it will show in August.

The one that caught me most off guard was when my buddy Diego went up against Mayweather. We were all nervous about the fight because Diego had just got sentenced to prison, but didn't expect it to be as lopsided as it was.

    RIP bud

The only 2 variables in play is Floyd's age and inactivity.

Before that big Showtime deal, he was basically a part time boxer after knocking out Hatton, so him taking 1-2 years off and stepping back in the ring against top opposition isn't anything new for him.

Reading some of the excerpts about him currently training, he sounds like he hasn't lost a step since beating Berto nearly 2 years ago. Conor doesn't have a puncher's chance in this one if Floyd is anything similar to his 2015 version.
