I'm actually in your basement. But I'll be coming upstairs in a moment, as soon as I've got my balaclava, claw hammer, and bottle of Rohypnol out of my backpack.

Wrong. Loma was in his early prime (26yrs) when he lost to Salido.

Mike Tyson was in his prime at 20, at that age Sergio Martinez wasn't even a boxer, Sugar Ray Leonard was prime at 26, at that age Wilfred Benitez was already slowing down and about to retire.
Prime has nothing to do with age, it has all to do with experience, That's why a 17 year old Wilfred Benitez was a world champion and a 17 year old Muhammad Ali was still in the golden gloves.
You know What's funny, that your argument isn't only stupid but the fact that you are avoiding all the other posts with good arguments that expose the flaws of your thread and your comments.

Good arguments my ***. I don't have the time to respond to every dumb post on here. Arguing with idiots such as yourself is a waste of time anyway.

They need to learn the difference between age and ring age.

Apart from saying Loma was in his prime and he lost fair & square, then yeah .... I suppose.

I can't even imagine what the internet would have said about Henry Armstrong and Arguello at the start of their career.

In modern times, Barrera would have been decried as an overrated, glass-jawed bum after the fights with Junior Jones.

Anyone with eyes can see that Loma is a rare talent.

So why open a thread anyway? And only answer the posts that hurt your fanboy feelings towards Ward?.

Name another boxing that has done what Lomachenko has done in 9 fights? The combined record of his opponents so far is 267-25-13. That's a 88% win percentage. He's won two world titles and most of his opponents have been top 10 contenders. He has a better resume than most boxers with 20+ fights. Hell, wins over Russell Jr. and Walters alone is impressive.

He lost a fight. By boxing forum logic that means he's an overrated bum. Take those statistics, numbers and common sense somewhere else.

If Loma retired today, he would make HOF.
His amateur career + his record breaking 9 fight pro run.
