Ward is the most mentally tough fighter since PBF he's in Kovalev's head

Ward does possess insane will to win, nobody can argue his mental strength. Floyd, while no doubt also must have had a solid mentality, wouldn't be amongst the first boxers who spring to mind when talking exceptional mental attributes.

Any sisters in the 17-26 age range want a husband? If you live in Afghanistan I am very jealous of you. The capital of the world.

What trap is he setting? He's barely spoke throughout the whole build up, he's not participated in any mind games. That's giving credit where it doesn't belong.

Kovalev is a hothead, this is nothing new, doesn't take much to get him riled up. Either way Kovalev fights better pissed off anyway.

Rather than giving him credit for some faux mind game victory, give him credit for being composed and respectful mostly unlike Kovalev, that he does deserve.

You would figure the mods would make this a priority as it makes perfect sense to have a site where people can share their personal opinions without having to be bombarded with personal attacks for simply not sharing the same views. It would enhance the QUALITY of these forums and be more inviting for those interested in real talk and less welcoming for those who come here with alt accounts to troll or disrespect fighters or members.

Hopefully the mods step up and help make this place a good place to post, debate, and share thoughts and ideas without having to read 3 pages of members throwing personal insults to find a good post in between.

He liked the suggestion, so, CST, I hope you can at least propose with other mods that personally attacking another poster be deemed prohibited, and punishable probably first by three temporary boots, then a permanent ban. It is very easy to identify personal attacks: comments that are in any way derogatory directed at the poster, or about his character or motivation. Obviously the difference being you can go ahead and say 'that argument is such and such', but never 'you are such and such'. And you know this goes on and on daily. To help you out: check out most of the posts of ThereWillBeBlood and KevinWillis, for two.

Respectfully CST, I don't agree with your absolute belief in free speech. That's what I think has let you bring attention to some posts but ignore much worse, and defend yourself against posters who bring this up.

    I vote that it's time for a clean-up here.

The judges from the first fight have Kovalev more wound up than Ward ever could. Him maintaining that he won is more for his own confidence than psyching out Kovalev IMO. That might be an added bonus but Ward needs to believe that he had him figured out and that Kovalev cannot run up on him like that again.

Kovalev is feeling the pressure, but not from Ward, just the pressure to win.

    I second this vote.

There is no such thing as "free speech" here. If offensive words such as ****, ****, *****, balls etc... are blocked so should posters who attack other posters.

Attack the message, the comment, or the view, but once it because personal, it becomes BORING and POINTLESS, and much less inviting for real fans to stick around and contribute to the site.

relax, its a boxing site, toughen up a little. if anyone does nothing but attack people, then yeah, they need to go. but who does that? even blizzy throws in some boxing talk in between nonsensical rants.
