WARD HAD THE STRENGTH AND SIZE OF A TRUE LHW . THE FIRST FIGHT HE LOOKED SMALLER

 

Too many low shots and the ref shoulda seen it but well done ward. I had Kov up 5-2 but he was gassing

Real gutted, had Kovalev way ahead. Those were some savage bodypunches by Ward, congrats.

Ward was winning but that ending was just strange.

 

I expected a Ward UD.

Still very, very disappointed.

I don't know what happened right at the end there, but Kovalev was wobbling very hard, so I guess it was inevitable...

 

All these people crying low blows, it was a HEAD SHOT that hurt and rocked Kovalev and then he was stopped to the body.

Ward was ahead and would have stopped him in a couple of rounds anyway. Kovalev was done.

I thought Kovalev would win this rematch and I was wrong, Ward was amazing.

 

I had Ward very clearly down... Have to give him credit for the great rally even if the stoppage was premature, that said Kovalev would have to surely pull a miraculous comeback to get back into things. He was in serious trouble.

 

This was pretty much the same ending as Bowe vs Golota II.

 

STFU playing the race card.

 

Will be hard for Sergey to come back from this
