LMAO. Dude I'm no Kovalev nuthugger. My interest in this fight is seeing two top fighters entertaining me on a Saturday night. I'm a boxing fan not some fan boy.

That was a strange ass stoppage for a championship fight. He was hurt from a head punch and seemed to have recovered from that. The lock up on the rope and Ward throws body punches at him and weeks steps in to stop it. That is something not seen from a ref.

Now you go have your wet dream of ward.

 

The very last punch was low but that's when the stoppage was coming.

 

yeah that recent replay view shows that it was a low blow

 

Im not a fan of any of this guys but Ward is one dirty boxer, he was clearly hitting low, i think the fight would have been closer still but i also think udges give Ward rounds too often for spoling too much.

Imho the judgin of defensive boxing of this era is becoming a little one sided.

 

the replays show 3 shots on the belt. hitting on the belt is always low!!!
