    Awesome thread, a couple issues:

    1. The idea Floyd would duck Loma at 130 lbs. That is hilarious. Do people remember who Floyd was before he became a PPV star? He took on literally all comers. There was no type of ducking or letting things marinade with Pretty Boy Floyd.

    2. Are we actually going to compare Loma who has all but 1 or 2 fights at 130 with a guy who started at the natural weight, campagined there 27 times and went undefeated with 20 KOs?

    3. People need to watch Floyd at 130 lbs and remind themselves on how great he was at that weight class. He has a strong case as the greatest super featherweight of all time. Aside from his defensive mastery, he put together 5,6,7 punch combinations and when he had his man staggered, he would go for the kill.

    4. People pretending like Floyd does not hold several physical advanatage over Loma. He is too small for Floyd.

It would be a good fight, but I can see Floyd either winning a competitive decision or stopping him late. This is the same Loma who lost to Orlando freaking Salido, right?

Very silly thread. Floyd was at his best in the 130-35 range. Lomo looks very good in the ring, I like
the guy but PLEEZE let him beat some seriously dangerous fighters before we even imagine him in the
ring vs Floyd. Floyd's defeats of Angel Manfredy and Emmanuel Augustus at super featherweight are better than any Lomo victim ffs.

    Cool story, bro.

Floyd doesn't come out at the bell after round 9.

Lomo hasn't done enough to prove he can beat ATGs..

    Chavez , Arguleo , Chacon , Arguleo , Camancho , Paquaio , Barrera , Marquez

130 is a very deep division with talent. I don't know if Mayweather could beat all the former greats in it either.

Coming from a guy who picked Kovalev to end Ward that's hilarious.

Floyd is officially 2-0 against Castillo, but you know and I know that in reality, it is 1-1.

Too much Lomo hype. The man hasn't proven himself yet! 8 and 1 and you guys are already saying he'll beat Floyd. Insanity.

Lomachenko's best win to date is his decisive decision over GRJ, whom I believe is the most physically gifted of the 126lbs champions and a superb talent.

Nevertheless it's unlikely that any fighter of the last 30-40 years "wrecks" Floyd at 130lbs, arguably his most destructive weight. That said, I would certainly expect a very competitive fight between two tremendous tacticians.

I think you might be overstating your case here, particularly with the references to Pac. Lomachenko and Manny fight absolutely nothing alike. One (Manny) is a an athletic whirlwind and something of a physical phenom; the other is a brilliant tactician with outstanding athleticism. Moreover, while I agree that Floyd has faster hands, I do not agree that he has superior reflexes. Nor am I altogether certain as to who has the faster feet, an oft neglected consideration when comparing physical gifts.
