I think your boy Wilder feels like he's being made inferior by Hearn. Wilder mentions a discussion with Hearn about a Joshua fight. Wilder also mentions that he would fight Whyte on HIS terms. Now, Wilder's being thrown Dillian Whyte instead and while its good money and a very winnable fight, it's also on Hearns terms. It maybe a ego thing for Wilder but I get the idea that Wilder feels like he's being made to 'join the queue' in regards to those who want a mega money fight with Joshua. Being a champion and a leader and all, Wilder doesn't feel like he should follow in a queue as its 'step-downish' if you get my gist . I think thats whats up with Wilder and I understand that but like you say, it might not get him any closer.

Klitschko needs to be put on the back burner and Ortiz needs to get his mandatory shot at Joshua. Parker's management needs to quit playing and make the fight with Wilder. If Whyte wants a fight then he why not Miller. Wilder don't need to fight a bum from the UK when there are plenty of bums over here. A bum is a bum.

Deontay not playing around here! Eddie better triple the money first, if he wants Whyte to challenge the champ! And shame on that guy that uploaded that Donkey video, their very intelligent animals

Eddie Hearn is just doing what many of us have been saying. Wilder needs to earn his fight with AJ, he doesn't get it because he has one belt...

They want big money and atm Wilder doesn't bring big money for AJ..

AJ and Hearn need Wilder to get his profile up in the UK and the best way to do it would be for Wilder to fight Whyte.

Imagine if Wilder goes there and busts Whyte out in two rounds how big a unification fight would be..

Honestly Eddie Hearn is actually giving Wilder the best chance he has ever had and it look like Wilder doesn't really want to do the work or thinks he shouldn't have too..

Asking for 7 million to fight Whyte is just beyond unreasonable, if any other champion did this it would be considered a blatant duck.

Surely he isn't ducking Whyte? So I can't only assume he is trying to get every penny he can out of it.

Poor negotiation tactics to make that so public because Hearn will do an IFL interview and spill the beans at some point and make him look stupid or even worse make him look like he ducked Whyte.

Poor move in my opinion and his reputation will suffer.

That is not going to happen unless Wilder bring something to the table that will generate a AJ V Wlad type of money..

Whyte v AJ would bring in more money the Wilder ATM so until he gets his hype up he ins't getting anything.

Nothing get his hype up by banging out Whyte but he obviously doesn't want it...

Well Wilder is up against two opponents really...one would obviously be whyte and the other Joshua. If he losses to Whyte or even performs average he will look inferior to Joshua. This is the most likelyhood of what will happen bc Whyte has improved and the Whyte who fought Joshua would still be a top 3 wilder opponent.Wilder is in for a fight if he takes it,and he knows its a risk.

whyte would be the biggest top level guy hes fought so far..6'4 250 and a good engine. I think we wont see this fight though as i predicted.

Bellew/ stiverne/ and some other name i forgot??were my three picks to carry him to Joshua. Honestly Wilder is better off faking an injury instead of this route, take a year off.
