Orrrrr ... Povetkin uses his good head and upper body movement to make AJ miss and busts him up close on the inside. After 4 AJ's mighty muscles make him mighty tired and he takes a shellacking for the rest of the fight. There's a reason why Wilder dropped a load in his shorts when he had to fight Povetkin.
Povetkin has knocked the **** out of some of the division's toughest chins. AJ's roid gut could be pretty vulnerable but I'd still give him at least 1.60 odds.
Wlad is shot first off and him and Povetkin have little in common from a boxing perspective. Povetkin is the most technical combination puncher and inside fighter in the division and he's also the best finisher. If he hurt Joshua badly like Wlad or Whyte did (very likely) he wouldn't survive the round.
Wlad should have punched AJ in the nuts after knocking him down. After all, he was finished and on the way out anyway Joshua was never going to win from that point, he was gassed.
Povetkin is a disgraced cheat who can't even be ranked by any of the ORGs. Povetkin was scared of Wilder that's why he had to cheat in order to fight him.
