That's cuz it wasn't in the contract, his opponent wanted to toy with him, bring it up at the last second to take him off his game plan.

Both men were tested by VADA yet that isn't enough for you. If Ward had outpointed and beaten Kovalev 9-3 you'd still be crying saying he was on roids and he cheated. Ward doesn't have thudding power but he hits hard enough to get your respect and he caught Kovalev with a flush shot and hurt him. Even still he didn't knock Kovalev down. Whether or not Ward was roiding, Ward didnt need steroids to inflict low blows on to Kovalev, and he didnt need steroids to have his personal referee stop the fight prematurely on a low blow.
