It's amazing how some on here are dissing Ward as though he'll avoid hard fights!!
Er....has he not just moved up and fought the awesome "Krusher" twice and stopped him?
Did he not fight and beat Froch, Kessler and Abraham at Super Middle?
Obviously he has a history of ducking difficult opponents, it's obvious.

So why does he show up heavier than Kovalev when their weights are disclosed?

I'll see if I can find it. I remember they disclosed Kovalev's in the Chilemba fight in particular because I recall thinking that it was the heaviest I've heard of Kov being and for Ward the most recent was either the Brand, Barrera, or Paul Smith fight but I highly doubt it was the Smith match because Ward wasn't a real LHW at that point.

I couldn't find it after a quick search so it looks like I'll have to find the fights and see what they have from there. I'll do that when I get home. I DID find out that I was wrong and Kovalev has been above 185 in his first fight vs Pascal (189) and his match vs Hopkins (188) and the others are in the low 180s. The only one listed for Ward is in his match vs Dawson where he was 176 but the match was contested at 168 so it doesn't have any bearing on this.

I doubt Ward was heavier. He was the same size as Froch and Froch was a perfect sized SMW.

Hopkins said he fought a Cruiser weight when he faced Kovalev

Google 'Bernard Hopkins Felt Undersized Against Sergey Kovalev'

Kovalev size advantage over Ward is plain to see. His shoulders are twice the size of Wards.

GGG already sparked Kov in sparring with 16oz gloves. Out cold from a head shot not a body shot. CoWard is 1-1 against Kov in most people's eyes (oh yes he is) and his win has an asterisk next to it because it was waved off after Kov had clearly been hit with an illegal shot.

''I've seen video of what GGG did with Krusher up in Big Bear a few years ago. It was indeed scary.''

If Ward fights G that will instantly end you interest in the sports. If the fight does occur you will have no fighter to cheer for after because the embarrassment and the beating that Ward will dish out on the little fella will be too difficult for you to handle. I think you just talking, you don't really wanna see that fight because you already know what will happen.

GGG, just like Krusher, won't want any of that inside work. GGG better stay away from Ward if he values that 0.

The rehydration weights don't indicate their size because 1) they're not draining and 2) those are strategic pounds. They've got it down to a science.

How can anyone support SOB?! All he does is cheat, he did not beat Kovalev, the rules say he should be disqualified...........................SOB owns the judges, referee, and boxing commission.................
