Ward is an American. It would be like Joshua selling 130k PPV's in the U.K. Ward isn't a Draw, can't sell tickets, and loses his promoter money every time he fights. They gave away thousands of tickets for that fight last weekend.

Correction - the sport isn't a draw. Not Ward , not Kovalev , Crawford , Uysk , Wilder , Golovkin. NOBODY. GGG couldn't fill MSG against the highest rated MW in the world and sold a similar number of PPV buys.

But Joshua vs Klitschko did in the region of 1.5 million PPV buys, with the card sold pretty much on that one fight. You don't consider that to be drawing money and viewership? Moreover, Floyd Mayweather Jr became a monster draw based primarily on Floyd Mayweather Jr playing the role of Floyd Mayweather Jr in the public eye.
