Tim Means vs. Alex Garcia - 3 rounds at Welterweight

 

10-9 Garcia close. Means outworked him but was briefly stunned pretty badly, which is enough to tilt the round in Garcias favor.

The move to Featherweight was a very poor one. I've always said that Penn could have had a 2nd wind at LW after the losses to Edgar, the UFC even offered him Melendez while he was still hot. Penn opted instead to move back up to Welterweight and get beaten up by Diaz and MacDonald.

 

Garcia is a very poor mans Lombard. Looks like he could be his twin brother, but only has 1/4th of the talent.
