Oh, you can admit that you were wrong. I am shocked. My entire premise about you in this thread was wrong and I readily admit it. Carry on with your bs.

Do you feel Ward is a great fighter? Why can't you answer that question?

Because you know I'll tear up your argument in that thread and make you look like a fool. You got put in a corner and just closed your eyes and submitted. That's why you are deflecting and acting like a brat.

You used Canelo's and Golovkin's highest recorded fight-night weights to demonstrate what you believe to be an equivalence in size.

I just used the same criteria (a comparative measure of weight), with different fighters, to demonstrate that weight does not necessarily equate to size.

The same principle applies to Canelo and Golovkin; as it did for Brook and Golovkin; as it can be applied to any attempt to make a measure of weight the sole gauge for size.

We have weight divisions in this sport, not height divisions. Weight is by far the most important measuring stick of size in the sport. Height and reach are secondary but should be noted. Size is about volume, a collective of height and weight.

From the measurements we have, Golovkin is marginally taller and Canelo is marginally heavier. That is a fair trade off of mass.

Golovkin and Brook were also of roughly equal size. If two men weigh the same and are almost the same height there is no other conclusion you can draw. You can argue "natural size" or "natural power" but the fact of the matter is, these men were the same size in the ring together.

Fight Night weight holds meaning to anyone wanting to know the actual size of a fighter when it counts, when they are in the ring.

Lean Body Mass is a calculation of a person's body percentage not composed of fat. A measurement of a person's actual size would include their entire body weight. Fat is a part of a person's size.

Actually it does. Water weight is counted in Lean Body Mass.

"It includes the weight of all your organs, your skin, your bones, your body water, and your muscles"

Doesn't matter. In bouts contracted at 154, Canelo has managed to step into the ring heavier than Golovkin has in fight's contracted to be at 160 pounds. That's just the nature of the sport now.

Temporary water-weight on fight night? You seem to be confused on the concept of dehydration and rehydration. When you dehydrate your body as fighter's do, you are temporarily reducing your weight. Rehydration is a restoration of weight.

Two fighters can weigh 159 pounds on the day of the weigh in, but once more in the ring, where it counts, one might weight say 170 pounds, and the other might weigh over 180 pounds, and hold a 10 pound advantage.

No, you just post fake news however. Plain and simple. You can post a fake tale of the tape but it gets completely shutdown by this picture.

Point is the simpletons (you first and foremost) only discuss height and weight. Which means squat in determining the larger fighter. A tale of the tape is a great way to determine that - UNLESS YOU HAVE A PICTURE THATS CLEAR AS ****ING DAY OF THEM FACE TO FACE THAT CAN PROVE IT'S A FAKE TALE OF THE TAPE. hahahah go back to bed son!

I have addressed this picture. i must refer you to post #116 of this thread.

That picture does not prove the tale of the tape is fake. It doesn't even give an accurate measure of their height difference, let alone their chest and wrist measurements..etc.

GGG looks naturally bigger in the pics.
It's not a size difference that will make any real difference though.

It's similar to how Floyd was bigger than Pac.

Little taller etc but basically the same size

Some people will turn a washing machine inside out and still try and make it work. GGG is bigger than Canelo and that's the bottom line.

No, people will turn a washing machine inside out to try to argue Canelo as smaller and it's hysterical. My argument is simple and can be expressed in one sentence, Canelo has equaled or surpassed Golovkin's weight for years, and is likely to do so when they actually fight.

I don't need paragraphs of hypothetical theories, conspiracy theories, subjective picture studies, and flat out erroneous applications of lean body mass calculations to explain that.
