have you ever seen what Bellew looked like at LHW? he looked like a skeleton. he definitely didn't eat his way up to Cruiser. He took flush shots from Haye, who everyone was saying was gonna KO him in 2, so its a bit harsh to call him chinny

Explain where I've contradicted mysell? Because I said Bellew is a good fighter?

Berrera is also a good fighter yet I didn't see anyone hollering about how it was a box office fight which proved Ward dared to be great.

Stevenson dealt with Bellew with relative ease and Ward would do the same.

I've also spoken about the fight itself which is in my view pointless. The only winners are the two fighters who will steal coins from the mouths of the many gullible fans of both fighters who will fall victim to Eddie Hearn's 50/50 sales pitch while showing them Micheal Bay-esque promo trailers ripped from the Rocky trailer, with Ward and Bellew looking at each other in a mean fashion.

I'd rather see Ward fight The Pimp Stephenson.

With the pound now down a lot from last year, Ward
wouldn't make as much money as going up to Canada. Bellew isn't a big name in the UK; I doubt
he can fill Wembley or any other stadium without a big name Brit like Haye.

    Fight the Pimp, NOW!

Easy fight for Ward. Bellew ain't much. The biggest problem will be getting Andre POS Ward to fight out of his comfort zone.

The Stevenson fight is hard to make.

Because of the Haymon - Jay Z beef

Actually, Beterbiev is also a Haymon guy, did Roc Nation ever worked with a Haymon fighter ??

LOL at all the ward fanboys saying daring to be great... are you seriously? bellow was a guy who wasn't even considered top 5 at light heavyweight or cruiserweight in his time there. top 10 may of been pushing it... Daring to be great what a joke...

I forgot about that TBQH, it's ridiculous though.
Fights that should be made need to be made.

You can't call him a good, underrated fighter then claim the match is excrement. Unless you're saying Ward is so skilled that he will overcome the size with ease.

Personally, this fight is ok, it's what can come after that's exciting.

I know its ridiculous. This kind of Fkery is the only reason I sometimes envy the UFC system. Their fans get spoiled

Yea, exactly. I think Ward wants to be great, so that means he should want to grab a belt or two at CW. I think Lebedev will be the only belt holder outside the WBSS CW tournament. But I dont see Ward going to Russia. Maybe he'll end up fighting Usyk in the States for the rest of the belts, who knows, time will tell.

Bellew is WBC Champ and ranked at #3 by RING right now. Ahead of Lebadev and Breidis.
Pathetic how far Ward haters will go to rubbish this fight. You can't even hate with proper facts.

Ward is seeking out a challenge no matter how you spin it and great fighters take risks and challenges.

Bellew drained himself down to a corpse at LHW. That point is moot. Ward isn't fighting him at 175 , he's going up to a weight he has no business at to take the fight.

Lets see Pimp go up to 200 pounds for a Bellew rematch.. He wouldn't do it.

He literally has flab in all of his fights above LHW, he might be a natural CW with a bit of a gut but he can make LHW - a HW certainly he is not.

Bellew was dropped by 3-22 journeyman Jevgenijs Andrejevs, Bob Ajisafe and McKenzie.

A badly shot Brudov hurt him badly. Haye went into the fight injured, he looked sloppy and over the hill. Was still able to hurt Bellew a couple of times regardless, Haye healthy with his body cooperating destroys Bellew inside a couple of rounds - End of discussion. To say Bellew isn't chinny is completely ridiculous.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would deny that Stevenson is a spineless sack of **** compared to Ward and the rest of the top fighters at LHW for that matter.

No, wrong. Haye went into that fight fit and primed.

The injury he sustained happened in the fight and it can clearly be seen. Before that he looked exactly how he did in his previous two fights only Bellew was better than those two jokes.

He used expert footing in that fight to make Haye miss as he came forward. Haye got popped with a clean counter right hand very early which made him tentative for the rest of the fight and that allowed Bellew take him into the late rounds where Haye's over weight body would fail him.
That was Bellews strategy and Haye wasn't good enough to stop him. Bellew injured him , Belllew knocked him out though the ropes. Haye lost to Bellew fair and square.
