He didn't duck Loma. You don't know what the boxing term "duck" means and how can you utter such garbage and Loma hasn't rematches Salido?

 

A top contender so not a terrible opponent. But coming off the Valdez fight, it's not great.

 

He ducked Loma. He's waiting to fight him when Loma is past it. If you're a belt holder, you should fight the other belt holders or the absolute best in the division otherwise you're a fraud, and you shouldn't be adverse to fighting any one particular fighter - Gervonta is not quiet in ducking Loma.

Marriaga is a genuinely good fighter, but it's not the sort of fighter I want the best in boxing to be wasting his prime on.

So you are saying Charlo is some mega talent that cannot get fights? He outgrew SWW and where he got some good names and was rewarded with an immediate no 1 contender fight for his first MW bout. Guys another juiced up American child of privilege who has already gotten opportunities and continues to do so. A better example would be Derevyanchenko.

 

But Derevyencgenko isn't mandatory. But I agree he is similar example. High risk low reward mandatory.
