As a Loma fan, I'm disappointed with his next opponent

Hahahaha! It's hilarious isn't it! Same turds that are badmouthing Loma for this fight are completely ok with Mayweather fighting, or excuse me... BOXING Conor! Guy is 0-0-0 as a 'pro' boxer!

 

I have been consistent. I don't see Lomo fighting Salido like I and many others had been calling for. Nobody cares about his or Top Rank's excuses. I have said for Top Rank to pay the man his money as Salido doesn't need Lomo, it's the other way around. This makeup, tuneup or whatever it is, is garbage and you know it.

 

That's not what I mean by be consistent. What you are doing is being consistently lenient on Wilder, and harsh as can be on Loma who's already fought better opposition. Be consistent across fighters.

If there's one guy who's disappointed over and over with his choice of opponents is Wilder, you know it.

If Salido knocked back 720k, then this is a decent opponent. He's only disappointing by the standards Loma has set.

He'll almost certainly be outclassed but, from 122-130, the list of guys who wouldn't be is short.

 

The fight is garbage. How about you be consistent and call this fight what it is before you start lecturing people? Or are you defending it? Only reason why Top Rank put out the offer for Salido is to get lackeys like you to help deflect that the ESPN fight is garbage. Wilder has nothing to do with this fight so that isn't going to work either. Nobody is being harsh on Lomo because they are disappointed in one his garbage fights.

Mind boggling how a promoter is scared to match a 5'7 1/2 130 pounder with a 122 pounder who is no taller than 5'3. Marriaga, would have been a great fight for Lomachenko when Lomachenko was at 126 still. To match him with Marriaga now, right after Marriaga had a war with Valdez at 126 in his most recent fight, is mind boggling. It doesn't do anything for Lomachenko to beat a smaller man coming off of a loss, and it damn sure doesn't do anything for Marriaga to go from Walters, to Valdez, to Lomachenko at 130. If I was him, I'd tell Arum to **** off.

 

VADA is a fan of no fighter. USADA is a fan of Floyd. That being said, I'd reckon the Williams vs Charlo fight would have been much different at there been VADA testing for it.
