As a Loma fan, I'm disappointed with his next opponent

Jermall Charlo announced his move to MW about six months ago, but he hasn't had a single fight at MW.

a few months ago, the WBC has ordered an eliminator between Heiland and Charlo and both fighters say they want that fight but i haven't heard anything about it--no date set, no venue--literally nothing.

if this fight goes, then we'll get a WBC mando for GGG who will do what he always does, accept the challenge and do what needs to be done to get the fight made.

as evidenced by the pattern he's set over the past few years, Jermall seems to be content to fight just twice a year

he has been busy talking though--on twitter for instance, he's said how he would beat both GGG and Jacobs. At least that got the attention of GGG's Team which contacted Charlo about a fight to which Charlo replied that he isn't yet ready for GGG.

Derevyanchenko, meanwhile, i believe, has an IBF eliminator with Tureano Johnson (which i'm pretty sure the former wins by stoppage). This fight is signed, but i don't know any of the details.

by the way, why is Jacobs is so silent (other than complaining about his loss to GGG)? Derevyanchenko and Charlo are the kind of opponents a guy in his position ought to want. If he wants a rematch with GGG so badly beating guys like either or both of those is the best way to move up in line to fight GGG

I don't count that as a loss. Brook went up 2 weight classes and Brook was the IBF champion. Marriaga is coming off a loss in his OWN weight class and moving up in weight lmfao. Marriaga's resume is trash too. Can you imagine what people would have said if Spence fought someone like Felix Diaz in his next fight? Not to mention Diaz has fought at 147, and is a way better fighter than Marriaga.

Why exactly should the blame be placed on Rigo? Isn't Rigo the one who is actually willing to fight? As for Salido, if Loma truly wanted the fight, he should have gave up more of his purse. Even if Salido doesn't bring that draw, if you want to avenge a loss that badly, you do everything in your power. Instead of taking your usual 800k or whatever, take 500k, and give 300k extra to salido.

Yeah Lomaschenko should move down and fight Valdez instead of Marriaga.

I want to see Lomachenko fight Salido next. If Rigo would agree to fight with neutral judges, referee, boxing commission and kick Bob Bennett in the arse, then they will have a fight.................Roc Nation is rotten to the core............

You are such a catty, little weirdo.. I do not care what you count or how you change the meaning of your words to fit a narrative.

idiots like this partisan freak act like team Loma targeted this time for the start. Your angst should be directed at the guys who ducked who ducked the fight like Salido and Rigo yet instead of criticism your kind champions their decisions, passing it off as a monetary issue.

I never said that Loma's team targeted this. But the truth is, if Crawford/Spence were fighting a guy like Marriaga who doesn't have one respectable win and coming off a loss, people like you and todd would be criticizing the hell out of them. Keep it real.

Rigo ducked the fight? How exactly? Do you have any evidence to back this up?

You really know nothing, addressing your tiresome rhetoric is simply a waste of time. Sick thing is you really believe the lies and garbage you spew.

"Rigo wants the fight" "'Pay Salido more from your own purse" LOL

Stick to pokemon and anime boxing eludes your comprehension.

Is that your argument? How is it Rigo's fault that Loma is fighting a guy moving up in weight coming off a loss? A guy that has not one notable win. Btw, when there were reports about Loma fighting Beltran, I applauded that fight, and said it was a very good first fight at 135 for Loma, so don't try and portray me as a loma "hater". This is just a godawful fight.

ITS A LOSS...Whatever way you look at it. Its not what you think ! So if Wrd moves up to heavy and gets his chest cavity crushed with ease, that wont be a loss either?????pmsl

Context is key. Lomachenko is not fighting Marriaga for a belt, Brook was a world champ, Marriaga has 0 notable wins on his resume.
