Crawford took to social media to post this crying tweet

    This content is protected

He puts his career on hold so he can beg to fight a washed up Pacquaio. This is barely any different to Khan obsessively hunting for a fight with a retired Mayweather while ducking all the other live fighters chomping at the bit to get their hands on him. And khan has thrice the resume Terrace has yet many still to this day see him as scum for endless obsession with wanting to fight Mayweather

Spence also wants a piece of him. Mikey Garcia has vowed to put an end to him. Indongo has begged him and his team to arrange a fight between two champions. yet Crawford is only interested in the Diaz's and Pacquaio's of this world.

And some have the audacity to call this fraud p4p.

When did Bradley say he would fight Crawford? The last I heard, Bradley said that he would never fight Crawford because they were good friends.

Can't blame Crawford. KOing Pacquiao would have looked good on his resume even if it was a old semi shot version of Pacquiao.

I can only guess it's Shaking My Mutha Fukken Head.

Can't blame Crawford but at the same time that's what he deserves for putting himself on the shelf hoping that he would have landed that payday.

Well, historically speaking it would be more fitting Crawford beating Pacman than Horn.

Yep Arum screwed up. Pacquiao should of been fed to Crawford.

Beating up an old washed up fighter looks good on a boxer's record? Marciano beat an old Joe Louis and I don't hear anyone saying that it looks good on his record.

It's not about that. It's about passing the torch to the young fighter. Pacquiao pre Horn would be a far better victory for Crawford than it would now.

Pre horn people believed Pacquiao still had life in him.

Crawford would of been elevated nicely by beating Pacquiao.

Arum was more concerned on taking Pacquiao on some world tour to the highest bidder rather than doing what's best to get his new star over.

Lucas Browne beat up James Toney and no one utters a word about it and for good reason.

It proves nothing and the fact that Crawford is so desperate for this fight just goes to show how much faith he has in his own ability that he feels he can only convince others of his greatness by beating up fading legends.

I would not consider him elevated just as I don't consider Marciano elevated because he beat an over-the-hill Joe Louis. Had Louis been in his prime or close to it the that would be a logical conclusion.

I don't consider Hector Camacho elevated because he beat a shot Leonard. Neither do I consider that fellow who beat Tyson elevated because he beat a shot Tyson who quit while sitting on the canvass.

So why should I view Crawford elevated because he beats an over-the hill Pac?

I think that was the eventual plan but they wanted to build up the fight by giving Pacquiao a few easy defenses first to show people he's still a capable force.

Hope there was a plan b.

It's only right it worked out that way nobody should be making a name off a shot fighter. Its good for horn because he was being laughed at. Crawford the bum can go earn it by fighting young contenders and so can the other hype jobs. Good for the sport.

    Shut up you twat.

Before this fight people were telling us to "make no mistake. Pac is still an A level fighter capable of beating other A level fighters"

Crawford wasnt ducking anyone waiting for Pac either. Even if he was its no different than Golovkin ducking Ward so he can fight a guy with 0 wins against middleweights. When Crawford wanted a "business" fight its not ok . God you lowlifes are the worst. Same guys shouting "hes ducking Postol". Pansy.
