OD wins, not sure how though, I keep changing my mind on the method of victory.

I think he will win by KO. There are rumours about Taylor's chin.

Yep, I don't think Taylor can take OD's power.

Fight I see a tough call for me. On paper Taylor should win easy. He looks to have speed tech and to be more polished of the two but Davies is short and stocky wild but strong as hell and has ****** man reach. How is Taylor's chin? I'm a lean toward Taylor but will study some film and give a final prediction. Headed to Vegas for this one boys.

I've seen more than one post now on Taylor's chin being suspect, I don't know what the evidence is but what I do know is that Davies will test his chin for sure.

I'm very interested about Taylor's chin too. There are rumours that it's not all that, Davies could be the man to expose it. I like Davies and I'm going with him by KO, if Taylor wins then he is a special fighter indeed.

OD's chin and ribs gonna get tested too. People seem to be overlooking the size difference. Taylor is naturally bigger.

I've never viewed this as being competitive, Taylor is better all around. Taylor should win this with relative ease.

And great post @Amazing one you summed up my thoughts well.

There is no evidence at all, but yes OD will likely test it. And his chin will get the treatment too.
    It's a quality match up.

Looking forward to this fight, probably the most excited I've been since Brook/Spence.

If it's that suspect we would know. Don't know about you but I had heard of Khan/Haye chin issues from Amateur days, no foundation to Taylor ones. Seen him eat flush shots like nothing. Cast iron? Find out in time, chinny? Not a chance!

    Good post - thanks.

When I said Davies looks better, I don't mean in terms of boxing skill - clearly Taylor has the edge there. But Davies looks physically stronger & more impressive to me.

All about opinions friend and I respect yours. You're a knowledgable poster no doubt.

If Davies utilised those physical gifts in the pocket and bullied fighters, I'd go along with Davies being favoured but he has no inside game. Watch VS Scarpa. Rests until ref breaks and resets. I think Taylor will surprise you, hopefully in a positive way. Great to have these fights.

This division has already thrown up Eddie Ramirez-Ryan Karl and Regis Prograis-Joel Diaz jnr. I hope both fighters come out with positive impressions
