    lennon, he is ring royalty. his dad, whom he sounds exactly like, mc'ed some of the greatest sports entertainment events in history, both in boxing and wrestling. lennons are class, buffer is a carnival barker.

    On one of the old Tues Night fights from Ft Worth Tx Buffer welcomed everyone to a night of World Class Professional WRESTLING !!!!! rofl He also introduced Paulie Ayala as "NABF HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMP" iN HIS DEFENCE HE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY A GORGEOUS LITTLE BLONDE .Probably got distracted lol

    Agreed! I slightly prefer Buffer because of the nostalgia effect but both are great. No hate for either

    It's an art. I saw a scene in one of the Rocky movies recently where Jimmy Lennon Sr. was announcing. Same style and voice as the son. Pitched just high enough to cut through any crowd noise, with or without a microphone.

    Nick Cannon was great. He called Chad Dawson the lightweight champion of the world. Probably because of how drained he was.

    Lennon Jr is very good and to the point. Buffer has the line but he takes ages and messes up fighters names.
