Molina, Duhaupas , Szpilka, Arreola and Washington are poor..

Like a 1987 Mike Tyson beating Berbick then defending against James Broad, Mike Williams, Jessie Ferguson, Larry Alexander and Johnny Duplooy..

    Imagine that.

4.5million to face someone of Whyte's level is insane money, I can't believe they are offering Wilder that much.

Even more unbelievable that he's turned it down.

This has to go down as one of the worst ducks of recent times, who would have thought someone would be avoiding Whyte.

Wilder reign has been the most embarrassing that I can recall.

He needs to step up and then continue to keep stepping up to change that.

MVC caved right in on Wilder and posted a scathing report of how questionable Donkeys resume was. Finally came to his senses on that subject after years of aggressive resistance. MVC is still kicking himself for turning on Wilder.

That left Blizzy and Manfred trapped in the corner on Wilder.

As far as reality goes I mean, lol,

Same reason AJ avoids Ortiz. They both have glass jaws and their camps know it.

Wilder is the worst champion ever.........................he only fights winos from the alley and for good reason. He is afraid that Whyte might hit him................

Ok, so one acceptable opponent in nearly 40 fights basically. Not good enough by almost anyones standards.

Right so if you hear me and agree that those points have their place then im sorry but the rest of it is relevant.
A fight will ALWAYS be bigger if everyone knows both fighters. Point in case, AJ vs Molina compared to AJ vs Klitschko.
Im not saying Wilder should have the profile Wlad has because its near impossible, but raising his profile would ensure the figt does bigger numbers than it does without a big profile.

What I'm saying is this, You gents worry about bringing the Brits to the big show and we will worry about building the promotion in America. We know how to do it and we don't need Hearn or Whyte to make it happen.

Look its as simple as this...

You have mentioned that it can be marketed as the UK vs the US. Solid idea, marketable and along with the word unifcation it has "potential" to be a megafight if its two big names.
But it isnt, its one big name.

This fight is bigger if both countires know who both fighters are.
The UK generally (especially casuals) dont know who Wilder is.
A lot of fans in the UK and the US, see Wilder as a bit of a moron given his resume etc.

This can be a megafight, but if most people dont know or dont respect one of the opponents, then it is not a megafight until that changes.
Beating Whyte makes this fight bigger and its unarguably true.

And what is Wilder and Haymon doing exactly to try and build the fight on their end?

After Joshua/Wlad, Wilder said he wanted to unify the belts with Parker before fighting Joshua, obviously thinking that would mean he brings more to the table giving him more leverage in negotiations with Joshua and of course building the fight. Sound plan in all fairness.

But when Wilder called out Parker to fight in July and Parkers team started negotiations with Wilder it went nowhere. So their plan to build Joshua/Wilder failed. Not sure why Wilder/Parker wasn't made, maybe the sanctioning bodies wouldn't give them a pass on their mandatory obligations, maybe there simply wasn't enough on the table for both fighters to unify as neither are big draws. Either way their plans failed.

Hearn then steps in and tries to help build the fight by increasing Wilder's profile and offering him a career high payday, 5 times what he made against Washington and they decline. You say they can build the fight on their end well evidence suggests that's currently not true as how does beating Stiverne build Joshua/Wilder?
